7:00pm – Board of Directors met prior to the general membership meeting. These are the list of issues that were discussed:

7:32pm – Meeting was called to order – Pledge of Allegiance & Conservation pledge

Introduction of Officers: Stephen Gustkey- Pistol, John Hiser-Treasurer, Mike Cumberland-President, Jim Hacke- Secretary, Brian Jesteadt- Membership, Mike Ripley- Jr. Rifle/Black Powder

Treasurer’s Report: John read treasurer’s report.

Bills and Communications: Brian turned in a bill for stamps for membership.

Pop: Steve turned in $25.

Rental Committee Report: $150 was turned in from range rentals. Peggy turned in $300 from the August and September hall rentals. Upcoming rentals will be September 16th, 22nd, 23rd, 24th, 26th, 27th.

Pistol Team: Steve turned $494. Indoor league starts September 28th. The pistol team shoots on Thursdays from 5 PM till dark on the outdoor range. $2 a night or $20 for all summer. 22 cal. & Center fire 32, 38, & 45 cal. All welcome to come practice.

Trap Team: Mike turned in $86.31 in Tom’s absence. Winter trap league starts on November 5th. Contact Tom with any questions. Trap range open every Tuesday evening starting at 5pm for practicing. $3.50 per 25 targets. Open to general public, club members, and new shooters.

Black Powder: Rendezvous was a wonderful event this year again. Our own, Mike Ripley, became an ordained minister to marry a couple during the event. Steve turned in $231 from meals purchased from the kitchen during the event. Mike and Steve spread a special thanks to all who helped.

Junior Rifle Team: Mike announced that Junior rifle is on a Fall break. Junior rifle will start up again in November. Shooting will be moved back to 1st and 3rd Tuesday’s only from 6:30 to 8:00pm.

Archery: Still looking for any members willing to join together to make a team to practice.

Fun Indoor Shoot: They will be shooting every Monday @ 1pm starting in September. Everyone is welcome. Open sights with .22 caliber rifles from a rested position. Closest to bulls eye wins prize.

Membership: Brian read new memberships and collected $375 of which $40 to maintenance fund and $335 to general fund, $20 from key cards. He reported 108 new members for 2017 which brings total of 453 Sr, Life and Charter members. Total membership is 636.
